To ensure a transparent and secure process, the refund request is subject to the following conditions:
The customer must return the purchased products – the containers must be included, even if they are empty.
The shipping costs for the return are borne entirely by the customer.
Before sending the products, the customer must submit detailed photos of the items to be returned for evaluation and preliminary approval.
After approval of the photos, the customer must send the products to the address provided by our team.
The refund will only be made after receipt and verification of the returned products in our distribution center.
